I had a glorious past weekend. I went to Scottsdale, AZ and hung out with my girl Steffy Fay. I have been friend's with Steffy for a couple of years now. We lived with eachother for a short period of time after college. I love this girl and she is insanely creative. In fact, if you know this girl, you would know that she is a very gifted photographer. Every once in a while I get the privilege of grasping some of her creativity and shooting a wedding with her. It's awesome to put something I love so much (photography and weddings) and having a creative outlet for myself as well. Steffy is a wonderful teacher. I wanted to share her website with you... Here are some inspiration pics and patterns I like today!! I can't get enough of Moroccan design! I love the arch hallways and colors used here! If God blessed me today with the privilege of building a custom made home....I would rock a Moroccan theme pad forsure!!

I was flying home from Scottsdale tonight after my wonderful visit me Steffy Fay (more to come on another post). But I happen to pick up a "Dwell" magazine at the stand on my way to boarding the flight home. I always feel creatively inspired when I read this modern home mag. There was a fascinating article on the german architect Werner Sobek. The article discussed Sobek's desire to make sustainable design through architecture by using recyclable products. He explained in Germany, law requires automakers to produce care whose component parts are recyclable and he decided that he wanted to do the same in the building industry. I thought this was interesting because i just bought a german car.
